How to Use

1. Wash or clean your hands before handling the liner. 

2. Remove the liner from its individual wrapper.

3. Peel off the adhesive backing and stick the liner into your underwear (adhesive side down, liner surface up). Make sure it is aligned comfortably for your body. 

4. Wear the liner as you go about your day; the additional length provides extra coverage.

5. When you feel it needs changing (or at the end of the day), remove the used liner, wrap it in the wrapper or a sanitary bag, and dispose of it in a bin (do not flush).

6. Wash your hands again after disposal.

7. For intimate area care: wash the external intimate area front to back using suitable intimate wash (avoid harsh soaps) to maintain normal flora and reduce risk of irritation.
