How to Use

1. Clean your hands before use.

2. Remove the liner from its individual wrapper.

3. Peel off the adhesive backing and apply the liner to your underwear (adhesive side down, liner side up).

4. Make sure it’s aligned properly and feels comfortable.

5. After use, remove the liner, wrap it in the wrapper or a sanitary disposal bag, and throw it into a bin (do not flush).

6. Wash your hands again.
