How to Use

1. Wash your hands before placing the liner. 

2. Remove a liner from its wrapper.

3. Peel off the adhesive backing and stick the liner into your underwear (adhesive side down, liner side up).

4. Make sure it’s securely placed and comfortable.

5. After use, remove and discard the liner (do not flush). Wash your hands again afterwards. 

6. Change the liner as often as needed to maintain cleanliness and comfort.
